RMA means Return Merchandise Authorization.

It is the system that we have implanted in iLevante for the correct and fluid management of the changes/returns and/or repairs of the products that we sell.

If you have a product that wishes to give back (within the 7 days after receiving it) or to change (within the 15 days after receiving it) you will have to enter the customer area and select the order in which is the product that wishes to change or give back to repair.
